好早之前已經聽朋友講過話呢間呼吸cafe環境唔錯。
今次一黎真係覺得呢到好正！
好relax好啱同朋友傾下心事。
如果星期日黎仲有band show添，
中意音樂既你可以去試下黎呢到感受下！
A month ago, I heard from one of my friend say the full cup cafe have a good environment.
From this visit, i really realized it is a good and relaxing place for catching up with friend.
You can feel free to chit chat here.
If you come here on sunday, it will hold a band show too.
If you like listen to music, you must come and feel it!

一去見到好多擺設都忍唔住影左幾幅相。

本身以為夜晚九點幾去會無咩人，點知差不多full哂成層咁濟！

不過雖然多人但個個都係三五知己喺到細聲講，所以都唔會阻到你既！

When i look at their interior design, I can stop taking photo of it.
Originally, i thought we come here at night so it won't have a lot of people around.
However, i thought wrong. It almost full house!
Although it have so many people, but the surrounding sound won't disturb you a lot.

講番主題，前菜有一個以水果燕麥乳酪為主既沙津。

我覺得都幾新穎，起碼我喺其他餐廳未試過用呢樣黎做前菜，

通常乳酪都係當甜品食。

When talking about the food here, the appetizer is so fruit with granola yogurt salad.
It is a bit new to me. At least i haven't eat this kind of appetizer before.
It is because i thought yogurt is just a dessert only.

之後到主菜。

我叫左咖哩豚肉燴飯，其實燴唔燴都係一樣只係個名多個字。

我覺得個咖哩淨係得辣無甜我唔多中意。

因為我中意食日本咖哩係因為佢係甜既，呢個飯有啲保留！

不過，我朋友嗌既忌廉汁豬扒飯，我總係覺得佢只係普通白汁咁，

不過佢又覺得幾好食，所以下次黎我都嗌忌廉汁先。

About the main dish,

I ordered a pork rice with curry sauce.

I don't really like the curry at all because i don't like to eat spicy things.
Then, My friend ordered pork chop rice with cream sauce.
She think is good and my be i will try the rice with cream sauce next time.

最令我想再次去既當然係野飲啦。

fullcup cafe野飲無理由唔嗌既！

一直期待冬天有得飲薄荷野飲既我係呢到揀左薄荷鮮奶！

當然係貪佢成杯野都係藍色好靚啦，不過我的確覺得佢好好味，薄荷不嬲係我既最愛。朋友就嗌左杯特濃朱古力飲都無失望既！

The best reason for me to come back here again will be the drinks here.

Cafe named 'Fullcup", The drinks won't be bad!
I really like drinks with peppermint flavor, but some other shop only sale peppermint flavor product in winter time.
However, Fullcup Cafe's peppermint flavor are available that is why i ordered this peppermint milk.
Of course, i also like its blue color.

今次我地兩個都無咩嗌特別野，但我地就喺呢到聚舊講下近況。

環境真係佔好多分！

This time, we didn't order any very special things, but we did enjoy our great time to chit chat.
The environment here can be a very special feature in this shop.

上星期四我介紹了一間台式咖啡店，這次又來了~~~
就是大家常聽到的「咖啡弄」！！

From the menu, you can find different category, like Sandwich, Waffles, Ice Cream Dessert, etc. The pictures are so attractive!!

在餐單上，你可以看到分了多種類別，如：三文治、窩夫、冰淇淋甜點等，只看圖片都已深深被吸引了！！

Waffle with Fresh Strawberry, Ice Cream and Custard ($58)

Most the people like to order this dessert. The weight is adequate and flavor is tasty.

You must feel happiness after eating.

草莓冰淇淋鬆餅 ($58)

很多人都愛吃這款甜品，賣相吸引又有份量。

香香的鬆餅配上顏色鮮豔的新鮮草莓，再加上一球雪糕和一球吉士醬，

吃後也會有一種甜蜜的幸福感！

Loin Cheese Croissants Sandwich ($62)

Croissant is soft with cheese, bacon, ham, tomato, lettuce and corn.

A great enjoyment of this sandwich.

玉米里肌起士可頌 ($62)

牛角包鬆軟, 配上芝士,煙肉粒,火腿,蕃茄,生菜, 粟米!

每一啖都多重享受。

Iced Fresh Fruit Tea ($58)

It is one of the popular drinks in Coffee Alley.
The volume is a little bit large for one person but suitable for a group of people when gathering. The drink was very fruity and not overly sweet. Since it is so refreshing to have, it makes a perfect drink for summer.

冰鮮果茶 ($58)

在咖啡弄，這是最受歡迎飲品之一！

這杯果茶對個人來講是頗大壺的，但對於一班相聚起來慢慢聊天的人來分享，這可是剛剛好的量。入口冰冰涼涼十分夠解渴；味道帶著濃濃的果酸令人喝後胃囗更是大開；讓人有一種很清新的感覺，是一款合適夏天的飲料。

Silk Road Mixed Herb Tea ($42)

The cup is colorful. The tea provide with honey, so you can adjust the sweetness.

Taste good if you pour a bit honey.

絲路花草茶 ($42)

杯具色彩艷麗，茶壺連茶杯以一木托盤盛著，再加上蜜糖，甜度可以自行調較。

如輕倒少許蜜糖拌勻，味道不錯。

Recently, I met my friends at Holly Bown Coffee. We was going to try the desserts there. As you can see, Holly Brown Coffee is western-style cafe.

最近，我約了我的朋友到Holly Brown Coffee食甜品。這裡的裝修是以西式為主。

Here are some menus from the café. 以下是Holly Brown Coffee的一些餐牌。

We ordered some desserts ( i.e. Blue Jazz and mini Waffle- Holly Family)

The picture below is Gelato- Blue Jazz. It contains blue vanilla, Mashmallow, sprinkle and cream. The size is large, it is hard for only 1 people to complete it. That was my first time to eat vanilla in blue. It is fantastic!

我們點了藍爵士。它的成份包括藍色雲呢拿、棉花糖、彩虹糖和忌廉。藍爵士份量很大，一個人吃，未必能吃得完。這是我的第一次吃藍色的雲呢拿，感覺很特別。

Besides, we ordered mini Waffle- Holly Family. It contained blue vanilla, M&M, sprinkle and cream. It tasted good to eat waffle together with ice-cream.

此外，我們點了藍星家族。成份有藍色雲呢拿、M&M朱古力、碎朱古力和忌廉。原來窩夫混雪糕吃，吃起來真的好好味。

The interior design of this restaurant is a bit old-school, as it has established almost 200 years ago in Macau. Thus, the interior design has just conserved the traditional characteristics of 200 years ago.

義順室內設計選用了舊式茶水室設計，因她的母公司早於二百年前喺澳門落成，所以喺香港現有的義順都會保存反二百年前的設計風格。

In Hong Kong, Yee Shun have four branches. Yee Shun is a famous restaurant for desserts， double-skin steamed milk and steamed egg are their famous cuisines.

Although their original steamed egg and steamed milk are their Signature dishes, I ordered a cold chocolate steamed milk, you must try it, if you are a chocolate addicted person. It’s smooth texture and it’s special vita chocolate milk must drive you crazy!!

喺香港，義順有五間分店，義順出名做甜品，當中燉鮮奶，薑汁燉奶，雙皮奶係義順嘅招牌菜。今日我叫左一碗朱古力燉奶，入到義順，筆者見到大多食客會叫原味燉奶，好少見人會叫朱古力燉奶，但其實如果你係朱古力愛好者，義順嘅朱古力燉奶你一定要試下。無論朱古力燉奶嘅味道同口感都比原味燉奶更為濃烈，朱古力味又不會濃得嚟「流」。同維他所出嘅朱古力牛奶相約。假如冬天喜歡飲熱朱奶嘅你，冬天時，特別係聖誕節，入去食反個熱朱古力燉奶真係會暖到入心！

Double skinned steamed milk

So why called Double skinned, as the name implied, there are two lipase layer on the surface of the solid steamed milk, and these two layers are butter fat. Compared with the other steamed milk, Double skinned milk is a little bit sweeter than the original steamed milk, and it’s much smoother than the those without butterfat, as its manufacture process is much complex than (double the procedure) the original streamed milk. Therefore it’s a little bit sweeter than single layer steamed milk.

假如你吾鐘意食朱古力燉奶，仲有幾款燉奶你可以試下。

雙皮奶－雙皮奶同它的名字一樣，燉奶上面有兩層「皮」。而果兩層皮其實係乳脂，簡稱脂肪。雙皮奶對比原味燉奶，味道上較甜，但口感卻較滑，因為做雙皮奶的過程比起做原味燉奶較為復雜，類似重覆左個步驟一至兩次啦。
