My family and I found a cafe for dinner on last Tuesday.

United Coffee Bistro is very special.
It is established by Catholic and Christians.
Therefore, it uses "United" as the restaurant's name.
In the restaurant, it also plays the religious songs.
合一咖啡屋餐廳有一個特別之處，佢係由天主教徒同基督徒合辦嘅餐廳，所以就有「合一」依個名。而且佢餐廳裡面會特登播返宗教歌。

You can choose 2 / 3 / 4 persons meal,
or you can choose the dishes separately from different categories.
We ordered the 3 persons meal as we had 3 persons.
Of course, the price must be lower.

The choice of the soup is limited.
It does not have any special.

湯係冇得揀, 一定係依款。

Salad: Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad
I liked the Thousand Island dressing. The quantity of salmon was well.

我仲意佢用左千島醬。

Pasta: Fettuccine with Black Truffle And Mushroom in Cream Sauce
The design of the dish was great.
I liked the cream sauce which match with the fettuccine.
However, I thought the mushroom was too salty, which I needed to drink more water.

意大利粉: 黑松露奶油香菇闊條麵
奶油闊條麵很好味，所以我都主要食左麵。
但係D香菇好咸~~~要飲多幾杯水先得......
United Pizza: Param Ham Tortilla (with Tomato, Param Ham, Parmesan cheese) in regular size
The pizza was crispy. The ingredients was good and sufficient.
合一香脆薄餅: 意國風情 ( with 蓄茄, 巴馬火腿, 巴勿臣芝士)
薄批底很脆口。餡料豐富、熱騰騰亦香口。
Drinks: Cold Chocolate and Lemon with honey
餐飲: 凍朱古力和檸檬蜜糖
Other details:
The restaurant has two floors.
The environment is comfortable and quiet.
The attitude of staffs is VERY GOOD !!
